Evans continues to make a bold statements with a
strong piano trio date featuring bassist Ben Wolfe
and drummer Donald Edwards. While the session
stays straight ahead and features some hard swinging
highlights, the music is also elegantly lyrical and
clearly suggestive of a modern jazz sensibility. With
